How does it work?
If you have been in an accident, call me first.
I come out, recover your vehicle, and bring it to my secure yard, your home, or a repairer we agree together. I take note of what happened and talk you through your options in plain English. I work with a specialist accident solicitor who can deal directly with insurers, arrange repairs, and help with a replacement vehicle where the case allows.
You have one contact. I keep you updated until your vehicle is repaired, written off, or stored as agreed.

Things You Might Be Wondering
Definitely. I cover all around Cullybackey, from the village centre to outlying roads like Shellinghill, Craigs Road, and Portglenone Road. If you're stuck near Galgorm or on the route out to Rasharkin, just ring me. I’ll let you know right away if I can get to you in time. I only take on jobs I can reach in good time — usually under 90 minutes — so you’re not left wondering where I am.
I am. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2pm or 2am. I’ve pulled cars out of lay-bys in the pitch dark and been called to farms after midnight. The roads between Cullybackey and Ballymena don’t exactly have streetlights, so I’ve got proper lights and high-vis gear for night jobs. Ring anytime. I’ll answer if I can, and if not, I’ll get straight back to you.
Not always. If your car’s off the road or parked up at your house in Cullybackey or maybe laid up on Main Street or around Shellinghill Park, I can collect it without you there, as long as I’ve got access. You’ll need to give me a few details first, like where the keys are and where it’s going. For anything at the side of the road though, I’ll usually need you with it — mainly for safety and to make sure everything’s above board.
Aye, that’s no bother. Loads of folk in Cullybackey get their car looked at in Ballymena. I can lift it from your driveway or the roadside and take it straight to your mechanic. Whether it’s in Pennybridge, Broughshane Street, or one of the smaller outfits, just give me the name and I’ll handle it. I’ll even let them know it’s coming if you want.
I’ve seen it all before. If it’s blocked in, we’ve a few options. If someone can move the other car, great. If not, I can sometimes shift it with dollies, depending on the angle and space. Drives in Cullybackey estates like Spence Crescent or Shellinghill Park can be tight, but I’ll always try to find a way without doing any damage.
