How does it work?
If you have been in an accident, call me first.
I come out, recover your vehicle, and bring it to my secure yard, your home, or a repairer we agree together. I take note of what happened and talk you through your options in plain English. I work with a specialist accident solicitor who can deal directly with insurers, arrange repairs, and help with a replacement vehicle where the case allows.
You have one contact. I keep you updated until your vehicle is repaired, written off, or stored as agreed.

Things You Might Be Wondering
I aim to be with you in under 90 minutes, but usually it's quicker than that around Ballymena. I know all the back roads, industrial estates, and retail park shortcuts, so I don’t waste time. If you're near the Ecos Centre, heading up the Galgorm Road, or broken down in one of the housing developments, I’ll get straight to you. And if I’m out on a job, I’ll be honest about how long it'll take. No promises I can’t keep.
Yes, I’m on call 24/7. Doesn’t matter if you’ve broken down after the pub, during a night shift, or out on the Larne line at stupid o'clock. My truck’s kitted with proper lighting and safety gear, so I can work safely in the dark. Ballymena’s not the biggest town, and I’m local, so night-time recovery is just part of the job for me. You won’t be waiting hours like you might with a big national firm.
Definitely. Loads of my callouts are for cars that won’t start on driveways or outside the house. Whether you're in Ballykeel, Ballee, or the new developments off the Antrim Road, I’ll come to you. Sometimes it’s a flat battery, other times it's fuel or starter motor trouble. I’ll sort the issue or get your car to a garage that’ll do the fix. You don’t have to be stuck on the roadside to give me a shout.
I’ve dropped motors at most of the garages around town, so I know who’s reliable and won’t rip you off. If you’ve already got a mechanic, no problem, I’ll take the car wherever you tell me. But if you’re not sure, I can suggest a few good local spots, whether it’s for MOT prep, diagnostics, or bodywork. Places near Pennybridge Industrial Estate or Galgorm are handy and usually quick to take you in.
Aye, my cab seats four and has proper seat belts. ISOFIX too, so if you’ve got wee ones with you, you don’t need to leave them behind. I’ve lifted families, work crews, even dogs in the footwell or with my dog harness and seatbelt attachemnt (with permission, of course). If you’re broke down on the Lisnevenagh Road or out near the Seven Towers roundabout, you’ll all get a lift, safe and warm. No splitting up or waiting on a taxi.
