How does it work?
If you have been in an accident, call me first.
I come out, recover your vehicle, and bring it to my secure yard, your home, or a repairer we agree together. I take note of what happened and talk you through your options in plain English. I work with a specialist accident solicitor who can deal directly with insurers, arrange repairs, and help with a replacement vehicle where the case allows.
You have one contact. I keep you updated until your vehicle is repaired, written off, or stored as agreed.

If I know I can’t get to you inside 90 minutes, I’ll tell you upfront and won’t take the job. That’s my rule. No messing about, no false promises. Just a straight answer when you need it.
You can still call me. I’m available 24 hours a day, and I’ve got proper lighting on the truck for working safely in the dark. Whether you're stuck in Kells village or out on a country road with no streetlights, I’ll find you and get you lifted. You don’t have to stand there hoping someone else stops. I bring everything I need and make sure you’re safe the whole time.
Yes, I can take it wherever you want. That might be your local garage in Kells, somewhere in Ballymena, or even to your home if you’re not ready to deal with it right away. You just give me the details and I’ll sort the rest. If you’ve already arranged with the mechanic, great. If not, I can even recommend a few places depending on what’s wrong.
I don’t carry spare child seats, but the cab is fitted with proper ISOFIX points if you need to fit your own. Most parents have their own seats anyway, and I’ll help move them over safely. The cab seats four, and everyone gets a proper seatbelt. If you're stuck in Kells with the family and the car's out of action, I’ll make sure you all get where you need to go without splitting you up.
Definitely. I’ve recovered everything from scooters to full-size touring bikes around Kells and further afield. I use proper loading ramps and high-strength straps to make sure the bike’s secure on the back.
